I recently had my daughters 4th birthday party there and unfortunately due to storms we lost power. Not only was the staff super friendly and welcoming the whole time they kept me and my party as updated as possible and came over to check on us multiple times throughout the whole blackout. My actual party manager was amazing as well told me multiple times how amazing my party was (my terrible memory I can't think of her name). I MOST DEFINITELY will be going back and may even have my babygirls party there again next year (up to my little girl). I absolutely recommend this place. They are amazing and take EXCELLENT care of their guest!!!!!
